Mr. B. L. Jatia Chairman
Chairman Westlife Development (McDonald's India - west and south) has over 45 years of experience in paper, textiles, chemicals, food processing, mining industries, hospitality, healthcare, investment and finance and retail sectors. Mr. B. L. Jatia is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of Hardcastle & Waud Mfg. Co. Ltd. The company is engaged in trading / manufacturing of chemical products. Besides, he also holds directorships in a number of other companies and is a trustee of a charitable trust.

Mr. Amit Jatia  
Vice - Chairman,
Westlife Development Ltd., has over 25 years of experience in the QSR industry. He has been responsible for all aspects of the establishment and operation of McDonald's Restaurants in western and southern India including site location and acquisition, site development and equipment installation, supply chain management and product development and marketing strategy, and more

Ms. Smita Jatia
MD
McDonald's India (west and south) has been an active member of the McDonald's India team since the commencement of its operations and has handled various roles within the organization over the years. Smita is responsible for charting out and leading the aggressive growth of McDonald's India operations across West and South India. She has been instrumental in launching, indigenizing and building the McDonald's brand over the last 19 years. Smita has been involved in championing several community initiatives of the company. She will Chair the RMHCFI Board.

Ms. Shalini Jatia
Ms. Shalini Jatia is a social activist and philanthropist with over 15 years of experience in medical aid and paediatric oncology. She started her career at Breach Candy Hospital as a medical social worker. Currently she is secretary of ImPaCCT Foundation, the paediatric Foundation of Tata Memorial Hospital. She has been instrumental in bringing all stakeholders and 11 NGOs, together on the same platform to provide holistic care to children suffering from cancer. In addition, she also is an active volunteer and member for various organizations such as 'The Foundation, Nargis Dutt Memorial Trust, Indian Cancer Society and St. Jude India Child-care Centres'. She has immensely contributed by successfully organizing several social events for fund raising and collaborating to help champion the cause of the underprivileged. She was given the award, "Contributions to Society" by Honorable Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi's political organization, 'Friends of NaMo' for her unwavering commitment to society.

 

Dr. Prem N. Sheth
Dr. Prem N. Sheth is a qualified MD paediatrics and D. Ch. She has also specialized in Neonatology. She has been credited in setting up the first state of the Art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in India. She has served as the Head of Neonatal and paediatric ICU at Bombay Hospital and as a Professor of paediatrics at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children and Nowrojee Wadia Hospital for over 25 years. She has also been instrumental in setting up four Neonatal Intensive care Units in Mumbai. Dr. Sheth is one of the most senior Doctors in the field of Neonatal Intensive care and is often referred to as Mother of Neonatology in India. She has written many papers on Neonatology and presented them at various conferences in India. She is also deeply involved in Rural Health Care especially of children and has attended over a hundred of camps all over India. She now regularly spends her spare time visiting rural hospitals and teaches paediatrics at grass root level.
