About Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation India

  Long hours of wait in a hospital can add to the stress of an already emotionally and physically draining experience when you are visiting an ailing child. Sometimes it helps to get away from it all even if it is just a few steps away.

  Ronald McDonald House of Charities Foundation (India) works towards positively impacting the health and wellbeing of the children and their families through various programs in the area of healthcare (Mobile Care, clean water, sanitation, sponsoring the treatment of a child, nutrition sponsorship of children) and/or education.

  The Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation India (RMHCFI) promotes and establishes care centres, care rooms and care houses for the benefit of all families whose children have been going through a medical treatment for their illnesses, both within and outside hospitals and medical centres, free of cost. RMHCFI aims to establish its first Ronald McDonald Family Room (RMFR) that will provide a place with comfortable seating area within a hospital and give families the resources to get a break from the stressed hospital atmosphere.

  Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation India (RMHCFI) is the Indian chapter of RMHC Global. It has been registered under section 8 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
