Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation India will partner with paediatric Hematology-Oncology department of the Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children

Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation India will open the first Family Room in India by June 15, 2016.

The hospital is located in the heart of the Mumbai city, on Acharya Donde Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Every year, the hospital provides care for over 1,10,000 children on an outpatient basis, and around 10,000 children as inpatients.

Over 60% of these cancer patients receive primary care at the Hospital of which approximately 70% are treated almost free of any charges.

Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital will support us by providing us space inside their hospital premises to build the Ronald McDonald Family Room as well as other facilities like electricity, air conditioning, water and housekeeping services for the well being of families whose child is getting treated for a medical condition at the hospital.

We will work very closely and maintain continuous contact with hospital to ensure that our families are receiving the maximum support and comfort from Ronald McDonald Family Room.
